This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made from The Art of Crypto (“AOC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing any program, course, or digital product from AOC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy.
All purchases made through AOC are final except where a refund period is explicitly stated. Refunds will only be issued in accordance with the terms below.
All programs, materials, and content provided by AOC are for individual use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed. Any violation of this condition may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
To request a refund, you must contact support@theartofcrypto.co within the applicable refund window. Your email must include:
Your full name,
The email address used for the purchase, and
The product or program name.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may take up to ten (10) business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
AOC Bootcamp – 7-day full refund guarantee. No questions asked.
All other AOC digital products (including standalone courses, templates, and downloadable resources) are non-refundable due to their instant-access nature.
The refund period begins at the date and time of purchase confirmation. Refund requests made after this window will not be accepted.
Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
Requests submitted after the 7-day refund window;
Failure to participate, complete, or attend program sessions or modules;
Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations or perceived value;
Violation of AOC’s Terms of Use or Intellectual Property policies;
Evidence of misuse, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the refund policy.
AOC reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the criteria outlined in this Policy.
Where “lifetime access” is offered, it applies exclusively to the digital course content available at the time of purchase. Access to mentorship, community groups, coaching sessions, or other live components is typically provided for twelve (12) months unless otherwise stated.
Delivery methods, platforms, and access portals may change over time without affecting your content access rights.
AOC reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be reflected on this page, and continued participation in AOC programs constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
